Well this has to be the 'no-brainer' starting place. Ebay saes exceed $20 billion a year and it is the unchallnged champion of eCommerce. eBay immediately puts your products infront of millions of customers for a releatively small fee (See eBay Fees); It is a ready make marketplace.

So what are the benefits of eBay memership ?
- Each time you buy or sell you receive 'feedback' which is the number one indicator of your trustwortheyness. I usually avoid anyone who has less than 6 months, or less than 100 feedbacks with a rating of at least 95%.
- eBay members can 'Verify' their identity and get a symbol to indicate this. Again this tels buyers and sellers that they can trust you.
- Verified eBay members are held to strict rules to avoid fraudulent practices.
- Membership provides a way for people to settle disputes. (ie item no as described.
- Members recieve special offers or coupons.
- Members have access to eBay Learning Reasources and eBay Univerity for free!!
- Members have access to the eBay community which provides help, forums, focus groups and the latest eBay news. Pretty much everthing you could want.
